If you’re buying someone else a GrowTropicals E-GiftCard, please make ensure their details are correct! If you accidentally email it to someone else and they use it, there’s not much we can do. Always double-check before sending.
Also, sometimes spam filters send our emails into junk or spam folders. If you’ve not seen the E-GiftCard in your (or your recipient’s inbox) it might be waiting in the junk or spam folder!
E-GiftCards bought will expire 1 year from the date of receipt. GrowTropicals reserves the right to cancel any E-GiftCards in its sole discretion where fraud or misuse is suspected.
