Begonia sp. ‘Blancii ‘Dark’ x Gironellae’
Originally grown from seed as Blancii dark green, but once mature it appears to have been crossed with gironellae. Exact ID not known, but a very rare specimen and one of the most beautiful. UK seed grown.
Growth pattern:Â Upright & cane-stemmed
Water:Â When the top 2-3cm of soil becomes dry. Do not allow water to sit on the leaves.
Ideal Position:Â North, south or east facing
Light:Â Medium to bright, indirect light.

Begonias are notoriously fussy and are prone to die back or ‘melting’ when shipped. We pack with care but expect some level of die back when you receive the plant. With appropriate care the plant will grow back stronger and be more suited to the conditions you provide. Only purchase if you are confident in your ability to care for this plant.
