Aphelandra squarrosa ‘Curly White’
A new cutlivar of A. squarrosa. Desired for its large, striking, white leaves which have a dark green base with contrasting stark white veining. Native to Brazil.
- Commonly called the Zebra plant due to its patterned foliage.

- Lets you know when it is thirsty by wilting and bounces back to shape when watered.
Growth pattern: Bushy, herbaceous shrub.
Water: Little and often. Keep moist but not waterlogged.
Ideal Position: North or east facing
Light: Medium to bright, indirect light.
Humidity disclaimer: This plant will grow well outside of a terrarium or cabinet. However, all tropical plants thrive with higher humidity levels. To achieve this we suggest grouping plants together, or putting them in a bathroom or kitchen which gets regular use.
