Vriesea sp. ‘Green Fleck’
An interesting species of this plant rarely found in the UK. Leathery strap-shaped leaves with brown flecks throughout, giving this plant its name.
Growth pattern: Rosette.
Water: Keep the central reservoir topped with water and substrate moist.
Ideal Position: North or east facing.
Light: Medium to bright, indirect light.
Humidity disclaimer: This plant will grow well outside of a terrarium or cabinet. However, all tropical plants thrive with higher humidity levels. To achieve this we suggest grouping plants together, or putting them in a bathroom or kitchen which gets regular use.
